THE ABC'S OF LIFE
I define meditation as that ability to become very quiet and look into oneself, because we have all the answers and all the power within each of us.
You notice I said to become very quiet, to me this means that every cell in your body must be relaxed.
There are many methods of learning to relax and all of them are excellent.
If you already know how to meditate, then just follow your approach. This book does not go into this area as there are many books just on that subject which am sure you may find helpful.
